“I hate giving negative reviews but this was not a nice experience. Although the staff were very nice and friendly, the website pictures do not show the age and disrepair of this property. There is a continual smell of sulphur outside that comes in your room if you open the windows for fresh air. The place has not been updated I think since the 1950’s. The town is similar unfortunately with disrepair everywhere. ”

“We booked very last minute. We arrived in Rome and drove approximately halfway to our destination, which would have been Amalfi area. This was a perfect one night stop over after a long flight. Giacomo met us and showed us around the property. The room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again.”

“This is a beautiful quiet country hotel surrounded by fields and old world villages. The staff are all wonderful and patient and go out of their way to help despite my very beginner Italian. They serve a beautiful breakfast daily and the food is wonderful. Also within relatively accessible distance of the autostrada. It was a haven for us in the midst of some chaos”
