Wonderful house in peaceful location

The house is lovely decorated and the atmosphere is just perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday on this wonderful Island. The owners Elvira and Heinz were perfect hosts, we were welcomed warmly and they helped us with all our questions. The Finca is near to the authentic fisher village Tarajalejo where you find supermarket, restaurants and a lovely black beach as well. From the Finca you can reach a lot of sights and beaches easily, but the place it self is very quiet, peaceful and far from mass tourism, you have your privacy to enjoy your stay. Would totally recommend this place to anyone who would like to relax and make the best out of their stay.

endroit très joliment meublé qui respire la sérénité

ensemble d'appartements très bien distribués, très joliment meublés et très bien tenus. la location "luna" que nous occupions n'est pas destinée à des personnes trop âgées car le lit est en mézzanine avec échelle. il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de chauffage et la température descend à 15 degrés la nuit au mois de janvier. Sinon, endroit très zen.

Für uns perfekt!

Die liebevoll und individuell eingerichtete Hauseinheit hat genau unseren Geschmack getroffen. Die Betreuung war perfekt! Die nahegelegene Hauptstraße ist zwar etwas laut, hat uns aber weniger gestört. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für uns war es genau perfekt, und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!!

Ambiente sehr schön, auch das Casa Luna, leider doch laut durch nahe gelegene Strasse, dies war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. schön wäre es gewesen wenn mal ein persönlicher Kontakt zur Vermieteren möglich gewesen wäre.

Bonito pero impersonal

El lugar es bonito pero hay cosas que se podrían mejorar, principalmente la comunicación. Por ejemplo, al llegar no había nadie para recibirnos. Me hubiera gustado recibir un mensaje para avisarme de que no habría nadie ese día. También recomiendo a los propietarios que escriban todo en español porque hay documentación o emails escritos solo en alemán o inglés. Me parece un poco excluyente para los turistas españoles. Además, durante la estancia llovió varios días y entraba agua en la casa. Ya sé que es poco frecuente que llueva en esta isla pero se puede mejorar la pendiente del suelo para que esto no ocurra. Por último, el plato de ducha está mal hecho y se sale el agua por el suelo, lo que hace que tengas que pasar la fregona cada vez después de ducharte, como si hubiera habido una inundación. Este punto me parece una pena porque se supone que en estas casas se da mucha importancia a la ecología y el uso responsable del agua, pero en esta ducha se malgasta. Creo que se trata de pequeños problemas que con un poco de esfuerzo los propietarios podrán solucionar y mejorar para los próximos huéspedes.
