Nice location in the center of FUE

Great, quiet and very clean house in the center of FUE. Perfect to reach all spots very fast. The house has all you need for a perfect vacay. The host is quick in response. Nice place !!! :-)

A delightful week in the sun.

The villa has been recently constructed using the sandstone from an agricultural building, which originally occupied the site, resulting in a property with considerably more character than the norm. It is a generously proportioned 2 bedroomed villa, which been appointed and fitted out to a high standard. The outside space, pool and covered dining area are very attractive and offer a most relaxing environment for those that just wanting to relax. The villa is situated in a quiet semi-rural location on the outskirts of the small village of Tiscamanita, with attractive outlooks. The website indicates that the property has a sea view, which is somewhat misleading. On a clear day you can get a glimpse of the sea, but it's about 8 miles distant. Anyone looking at a map would of course be aware of this before visiting. Whilst a hire car is essential, the villa is fairly centrally located on Fuertaventura and provides a good base to explore the island. I have visited Fuerteventura on several occasions and this is certainly a villa I would consider returning to.

Modernes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung - ideal zum Abschalten

Pros: Das Haus ist neu, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage am Rand von Tiscamanita ist ideal, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, kaum Geräusche, freundliche Nachbarn und ein weiter Blick in die vulkanisch geprägte Landschaft. Das angrenzende Ferienhaus ist durch eine Mauer getrennt, akustisch aber gelegentlich hörbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Aussenbereich mit Sitzplatz und Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Poolreinigung und Handtuchwechsel funktionierten, auch ein später Checkout war unkompliziert möglich. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und gut erreichbar. Die Uhrzeiten für Serviceleistungen sind eher Richtwerte. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über eine zutrauliche Katze, die täglich vorbeikam. Wir haben sie mitgefüttert - wer Tiere mag, wird das vielleicht genauso gern tun. Cons: Einige Informationen zur Unterkunft waren zu Beginn nicht direkt ersichtlich und mussten erfragt werden, zum Beispiel der WLAN-Code oder Hinweise zur Abfallentsorgung. Auch beim Check-In war nicht alles ganz klar, man musste sich einiges selbst zusammenstellen. Der WLAN-Empfang war zudem nur im Wohnzimmer stabil. Das sind Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich stören, aber mit etwas mehr Struktur und Vorbereitung leicht zu verbessern wären.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in diesem wahnsinnig tollen Haus

Pros: Das Haus hat uns anhand der Fotos schon sehr gut gefallen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Einfach ein traumhaft schönes Haus. Wer keine Lust auf Trubel hat und es eher ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Wir konnten sogar das Meer sehen :-) Die Küche ist wirklich top ausgestattet, die Schlafräume und die Bäder sind toll. Die Terrasse inkl. Pool einfach nur traumhaft. Ein Auto für Unternehmungen oder Einkäufe ist notwendig. Der Kontakt zu Inma über WhatsApp war super, sie hat sich bei unseren Problemen sofort um eine Lösung gekümmert.
