“I gave the hotel a higher rating because it totally met our needs and expectations. I don’t want to stay in a place with next to no amenities where I feel unsafe, but I also don’t want to pay a crazy amount to sleep for a night or two, no matter how nice it is! The Humura was our speed. Spacious room, a wall of windows onto green space, comfortable bed and linens, reasonably working AC, QUIET, (except that the walls are thin! We used a background noise app because we could hear out……

“I arrived in the middle of the night and the fire alarm in my room had an expired battery that beeped every few seconds. This should have been noted and changed. The menu at the restaurant is extremely limited. No real vegetarian options (no main course). No vegan options. Internet is terrible and doesn't work most of the time. The second room I was given could not be locked. The balcony door was missing a key and no one could find it. I had to request to be moved. They have music and……

“The property was good for the price, and if you are on a budget it’s good value. But the service was so slow, it took 30 mins to get a drink or a minimum of 1 hour to get food, that is when it isn’t busy, it’s longer if it is busy. If you are going to be out all day and only sleeping there it is a good stay.”
