“We had a wonderful stay and would thoroughly recommend it. We contacted them before arrival to ask if we could arrange a boat trip on the Danube and this was organised for us. As it was the end of season it was quiet but we still felt welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and we also ate there in the evening: for this, food was following a menu of the day but we were very happy with the food prepared. “I liked that it was a family business and they really cared about the service they delivered. The dinners were traditional fish based dishes with delish sauces. They totally respected our privacy, but were prepared to join us for a game. The boat trip was arranged to best suit the weather and we were given a very safe and comfortable, smooth trip. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though the pillows were a little thinner than what I generally use.”

“Very nice overall, however this is not a 4-star hotel due to the lack of isolation in the rooms (you can hear your neighbors stomping around on the floors above you) and you can smell sewage every now and then, and the bathrooms need some serious attention: best if they could surround the bathtub with glass or something as water gets everywhere and it doesn't drain properly, which leads to areas with black mold. Also, it would be great if they could install screens at the balcony doors. The……

“Dan und Diana haben sich um alles gekümmert, uns in Mahmudia abgeholt, einen Ausflug zur Insel Sacalin gemacht und uns wieder nach Mahmudia zurück gefahren. Das Frühstück und der Lunch waren auch sehr lecker. Es gab auch eine Küchenzeile bei der man sich selber Essen zubereiten konnte. Das Zimmer war klein aber sehe gemütlich und hatte eine Klimaanlage. Zum Strand konnte man auch zu Fuß gehen und war in ca. 25 Minuten da. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Donaudelta, haben viele Vögel, Seerosen……

“Nous étions de passage pour une nuit. Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant 22h, nous pensions s’être trompés de quartier, l’hôtel est au fond dans un quartier qui semble industriel. L’accueil était le pire. Je n’ai jamais été aussi mal reçu dans un hôtel! L’homme à l’accueil nous donnait l’impression qu’on le dérangeait.
