不满意：清洁度
The Holiday House location and decor were great. We also found the house to be well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Grateful for that because we found bloodstains in nearly every bed in the house and the carpets were not vacuumed at all. When we located the vacuum in the closet, the beater bar was clogged with hair and debris - there was no way it was used to clean in between stays. We contacted the owner hours within checking into the property and it took her over 24 hours to respond, but that was only because VRBO had to get involved. Nothing was offered to us for having to clean the house and beds ourselves. My kids were afraid to sleep in the beds because they weren't clean and we were overall very disappointed the owner wasn't more responsive. We will not be renting here again. It's a shame because the pictures really do a good job of showing how cute this place is.
