「We loved the place; nice to be right on the water.」

「This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59...

「The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. 」

「Pictures did not accurately reflect the outside area of the property. The exterior was not clean and there was no grassy area to gather outside with child. The patio table was not cleaned. There was glass and debris in the front and side yard. Interior rooms were family-friendly and worked well for our family, although the floors were not very clean. The game room was good for the teens but the electronics didn’t work.」

「The property was as advertised and provided us everything we needed for a great family get together」

「Location was great. Property is updated in bathrooms but kitchen and outside is in disrepair and needs attention.」

「Very nice and exactly what we need after a long day at the fair, followed by a beautiful day in the surrounding area.」
