An urban Oasis, both inside and out, in the heart of Tulsa!

This brand new guesthouse is an oasis in the heart of the city. The upstairs abode includes one bedroom with a cute workspace (and fast wifi), a stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room with all new furniture. Outdoors is a smokeless firepit.

The Oasis lies two blocks from the University of Tulsa, a mile from the fairgrounds, and a short five minute drive from Tulsa's thriving downtown. Plenty of eateries and shops are all around.

This space is a guest house/apartment above a brand new garage. It can be seen from the street but is located behind our home. It does have 15 stairs to reach the rooms above.

Kitchen/Living Room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and etc. It has an island with granite countertops that will accommodate seating for two. A coffee bar is also included with a Keurig coffee maker and Starbucks coffees.

The living room has a 56" Roku TV with the most popular apps installed. (You will need to use your password to access these apps.) It also has all the local stations for free.

The sofa folds into a queen size bed. Just let us know if you would like this set up when you arrive.

Bedroom.

In the bedroom you will find a comfy queen size bed. There is also a dresser if you would like to store your clothes on a longer stay. Finally, a desk with a nice view can also be found here.

Bathroom.

The bathroom includes a larger shower with a seat. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included.

Large Closet.

The walk in closet has a place to hang your clothes as well as a brand new washer and dryer for any laundering needs.

Outdoors.

Currently there is a smokeless firepit that you are encouraged to use. A brand new pergola with an outdoor kitchen is nearly complete!

Our stay at Urban Oasis was great for my husband and I. We were visiting family over Christmas, so the location was perfect. It was a very cozy place to stay. Everything was neat and exceptionally clean! Lots of little extras that made us feel welcome. Our hosts were also very welcoming with great communication. While visiting my daughter at the University of Tulsa my mother and I had a wonderful experience staying in the Urban Oasis. It is extremely clean and there was nothing missing. All the little details were thought of. We enjoyed a fire in their fire pit and slept well on a fabulous mattress. This is the cleanest VRBO we have ever used. Without question we will stay here again.

Beautiful and large above garage apartment; immaculate unit; Brent and Kathy put a lot of thought into the set up. Two of my need-to-haves are parking and washer/dryer. I was able to park in front of the garage with close access to the entrance and the unit has a stacked W/D. I was visiting my parents and was only a couple miles away. I will definitely rebook the Oasis.

This is definitely one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in! Very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! Our host was friendly and took time out of his day to chat with us and answer all of our questions. We were close to some wonderful restaurants and museums. We also found a fun street market with live music. We would love to go back someday!

The Oasis was so welcoming because of the cleanliness and decor. Everything was perfect! We are in our 70s so the stairs to the apartment was a surprise but it was fine. Well-appointed

This was my best VRBO stay by far. The apartment is comfortable, updated, and nicely decorated. It had just about anything you would need—including a blue highlighter! Brent and Kathy were available and kind, but also out of the way. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

It's a great place to stay with all the comforts of home away from home the owners of the property are super nice and welcoming. The Oasis has all the amenities you need and then some. If your like me and always forget something at home I'm sure you will have it here. The coffee bar is amazing especially if your a coffee drinker like me. The furniture is super comfy and the bathroom is nice as well as the kitchen bedroom and the laundry room is wonderful as well. The yard is very nice with a fire pit and chairs where you can hang out outside. I would definitely stay here again and really think anyone would love it as much as my MotherInLaw and I did.

Better than a hotel!

Highly recommend staying at the Oasis. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay at a nice condo type place. Every detail was perfect and you can park up by the door which was great for the rain Tulsa had this week. When I schedule my business travel to Tulsa going forward, will always be around the availability of staying here. Say no to hotels and yes to the Oasis. This place has a great outdoor space to hang out with a glass of wine or a cold beer or coffee etc…
