Comfortable 4 bedroom home in South Tulsa

About this space. Easy access to good restaurants and activities in Tulsa. 20 minutes to most parts of Tulsa. The space: This ranch style traditional home has all the comforts of home. Guests have access to a fully stocked kitchen, above ground pool (open Late May-September), board games/puzzles/kids toy area, and a large back yard and patio. There is an infrared heater on the patio and wood burning chimenea fireplace. The owner’s suite features a beautiful 4 poster king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable full size Murphy bed and office area for remote work or school. Bedroom 3 offers privacy on the opposite end of the home with a half-bath. Finally, bedroom 4 has a bunk bed and trundle bed.. The walk-in closet in this room does have some kids toys to entertain the littles. A pack-n-play is also available in kids closet. Seating for 8 is possible with the breakfast nook and dining room. If all the beds are full and the pack and play is used there is sleeping space for 8 people. Guest access: Guests will use a key code to enter the front doors. Guests will not have access to the garage or the closet in bedroom number 4.. Other things to note: There is a doorbell camera that does have audio, there is a camera above the garage with no audio and a camera on the back door that has no audio. There are no cameras inside the house. No smoking or vaping. No Pets. You will need to keep noise down and not disturb the neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood. This is my home and I have personal items in the house. I love to travel and camp in my RV when my home is rented.

Perfect Place for Families!

It was exactly what we were looking for and met our needs completely! Plenty of room for four young children, with a really nice back yard that kept them entertained and contained! Amazingly stocked kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Highchair, baby bed and other items were provided! Communication with the host was quick and thorough. We hope to return in the future!

Great property for our small group. This home had all we needed and more. We felt like we were at home. Space for everyone to relax indoors and outdoors. Comfortable beds and living space. The kitchen was fully equipped with great coffee selections. This was a great place to stay.

Quick family getaway

We were in town for our kid's sporting events, and found this place. It was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook any meal. The outdoor area was very nice and we enjoyed it as much as we could with the weather. The host was very prompt with communication. The location is great close to many restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Tulsa Ok by St Francis

Our family stayed in this lovely 4 bedroom home. It was clean, orderly and close to everything we needed. Super quiet neighborhood! Fabulous coffee bar! Easy check in- she had everything we needed for our two little kids (2 and 10 months). High chair, booster seat, toys, crib and pack-n-play! It was lovely to have all that provided in the home. We will stay here again!!

Place to cool off

Tulsa had a storm resulting in most of the areas power being out. Found this little gem to host medical staff who needed a cool place to sleep or hop in the pool if their home was to hot during the day. It was easily accessible and enough space for the staff who needed it. I appreciated the quick responses and communication.

Wonderful Experience

What a gem!! There is something so charming and inviting about this home. We visited with another family who also had young kids and we had everything we could have needed. Denise was very kind and responsive and has the home ready with so many things a family could enjoy: toys, high chair, fenced yard, backyard toys... it all made such a difference with littles. The adults enjoyed hanging on the patio in the evenings after the kids went to bed and trying fun espresso drinks in the morning. I think any group would find something they love here! We hope to be back in the summer during pool season! Thanks, Denise, for an awesome stay!!

Worth the stay

Quiet neighborhood, close proximity to a number of amenities, easy to find, owner responded quickly to our questions and even notified us when a neighbor was coming over to retrieve a package on the porch. We really enjoyed having access to a pool on hot days. For two people who really need to be careful with our food consumption, we thoroughly enjoyed having access to a multitude of kitchen supplies to help us prepare healthy, home-cooked meals. We suggest noting in the VRBO listing that this property has security cameras - over the garage, Ring doorbell, and camera on the backyard but we did not know this until the day we arrived.
