Come enjoy this spacious home in the heart of Tulsa! Our back porch is a guest favourite, with plenty of sitting space and a private and cozy atmosphere. Inside you can enjoy our large smart T.V. with comfortable couches, and big windows that let in nice natural light during the day. Our kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils you will need, a coffee machine and plenty of spices!
Home Requirements:
Thank you for helping us keep our home safe and in good conditions for future guests. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!
– Security Deposit Required of $200.00.
– Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
– Guest not sleeping should leave by Midnight.
– ABSOLUTELY no smoking in the home; do not discard your butts/ashes in the trash cans inside the unit. ANY evidence of smoking inside the unit will incur a $100 fee to replace return air filters, ionization, and/or carpet and upholstery cleaning.
– We expect guests replace furniture and accessories to original locations, sweep up, wipe counters, wash any dishes and remove their trash. Please place used towels on the tub and leave all used bedding on the beds. A deep clean/sanitizing process will be conducted between guests but we are able to avoid a full-price cleaning fee by requiring guests to clean up after themselves. Failure to clean up will incur an additional $25 cleaning fee.
– We purchase hotel-quality towels and linens. Old grey washcloths/hand towels are in the bathrooms. These are CLEAN but may have stains. Please use these towels to remove make-up, for general clean-up, etc. DO NOT use the white towels for these types of tasks as even bleaching often will not remove stains. Ruined towels will incur a $5 fee per Hand towel and a $15 fee per bathing towels. Sheets are purchased in sets and each set costs $60. Do not use hair dyes while staying with us as these stain porcelain, towels and sheets, and pillows.Guests will be charged the full $60 fee for ruining sheets.
– If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– This home is equipped with a video doorbell outside that records guests coming into and out of the property. The field of view on this device is pointing toward the street and driveway. As well as a camera covering the backyard.
– Failure to check not later then 11a will result in an additional night charge and/or expedited cleaning fee of $50. Items left behind by guests will be held in a secure location and if they are not picked up within 24-hours will be discarded or donated at our discretion. We do not ship items left behind.
– Children under the age of 18 must be under adult supervision at all times and may not be left unattended on our property at any time.
Pet Policy:
-Pre-approval is required for ALL animals, even service animals which are always approved and not charged. This is an insurance requirement.
-Crate when left unattended.
-Keep off all bedding: if your animal sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blanket. Animals are not allowed on our sheets/blankets.
-Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture.
-Keep on-leash on the property at all times.
-Pick up your pets waste and dispose in the outside dumpster only.
-Animals may not be bathed as this clogs the drains
-Be considerate of other guests and control barking especially between the hours of 9p and 6a
-You are responsible for any damages caused by your animal
-$60 PER APPROVED pet fee (excluding service animals)
– NO MAIL is to be received at this property. Unless pre-approved by host.
