In town for a family funeral and our stay was nice, check in fast and easy, pool was nice the kids loved it.

No TV
TV didnt work because of a power outage but the internet worked so it didnt make sense. Remote to Tv didnt work so couldn't stream either. Also, lacking towels/toilet paper. Had to ask for more and it was like pulling teeth. Would not come back.

Chili Bowl trip
Nice hotel tucked in the corner of a shopping area. Close to Hard Rock Casino. Clean hotel, plenty of availabile parking easy check in and super friendly staff. Only complaint is the lack of water pressure.

On the road to Texas!
Everything was great. Only 2 things. The towels were very scratchy and only 2 "large" towels. Plus the bane of hotel patrons - the curtains that have a gap when you clise them.

I liked the quietness of this hotel despite the location so near to a stadium having a pee wee football contest and near Hard Rock Casino I have trouble sleeping in hotels due to noise but I slept very well in this hotel. That was a blessing and surprise to me. I think there should be two waffle irons in the breakfast room so the line will not be too long for a favorite Breakfast item.

Probably wont go back
The hotel itself was great but the staff was not so good i didnt like the fact that i was told breakfast was over at 10:30 my kids and i got there at 9:43 they refuse to give my son milk for his cereal they cut the juice machine off while we were sitting eating whatever was left so my 3 children had nothing to drink and they didnt care really rude they then just took everything out by 10:08!!!!

Loved our one night stay
Stayed one night 11/1/23. Hard Rock Casino is across the street. Loads of shopping and places to eat all around. Would love to go back for 2 or 3 nights to have a chance to explore the area. Hotel itself was clean and everyone was pleasant and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Handicap rooms
They need to watch where they put furnishings in rooms for people in wheelchairs. In my first room, I could barely get by the closet because there was an extremely heavy and bulky set of 2 drawers opposite of the closet--it was almost impossible for staff to move it so I didn't scrape by. Also, it would be nice if the refrigerator would have a little thermometer inside so you could know the temp of the appliance and whether or not it was working. In the first room, mine wasn't, which is a big problem, as I need to keep my insulin cold.
