Staff was very friendly and helpful! The complimentary breakfast was really good and had a good variety of breakfast items. The hotel is also located around a lot of stores and restaurants, overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

Breakfast was very nice. The elevator was out which was very inconvenient with a 4th floor room. The hotel staff apologized and the General Manager (Amanda) did a terrific job of making it right. Staff was very polite and responsive!

This was a really nice place even under construction for a remodel. The staff was fantastic. She was super helpful in getting us a room and was always friendly even though she was yelled at by someone else for something out of her control. Breakfast had several options and a really cool pancake maker. I would stay there again.

I arrived and the elevator was not working. I was planned to stay on the fourth floor. Physically my guest and myself could not climb stairs with our bags due to age. Holiday inn offered a complete refund and suggested I stay at another location. Another location was secured. I did not receive the refund for the room.

Your staff was great, breakfast and coffee were good! We knew the elevator was broken when we booked the room, when we arrived the window shade in our room was broken, they did come fix that, but the real deal breaker was the COLD WATER!!! I had booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had cold water, not much fun getting ready for a wedding with cold showers!!! Supposedly the hotel has damage from an earthquake or a tornado and they are waiting for insurance, hotel is in dire need of repairs. I would not recommend it to anyone until the repairs are completed. My nephew was able to just get charged for 1 night, they would only give me 50.00 off on my room and my other nephew didn't get anything!

I moved to 2 different rooms. I room they came in and removed all my things. Literally packed me up with my personal items out. A man packed me up. I was locked out of that room and had to retrieve my items down stairs. I have a bad knee. The elevator was not working so I continued to lug my items up 2 flights of stairs coming and going.

Unfortunately, this hotel was in major need of several amenities being fixed/repaired. The floors were stained in the rooms and the window coverings were broken. For the price, it was a poor quality hotel to say the least. The staff, lobby, and the coffee were all very good, and so that was a plus!

NO ELEVATOR!!!!!!!!!! with that, that made my stay very difficult. It seems they are going under some remodeling which is fine, but the contractor that did the tile work in the room I was staying in did a very very poor job! Also for the prices you charge I expected more. Staff was good, and the breakfast was good, its just the building needs a lot of work! Please start with fixing the ELEVATOR!

Their website and the Expedia website said they were pet friendly and accepted cats and dogs. I arrived after a 12 Hour drive tired and ready to check in to my reserved room. When I reminded them I was checking in with a dog they said only dogs 25 lbs or less (and no cats!) the front desk agent denied me a room because my golden retriever weighed over 25 lbs. I was left searching for a room at 11 pm when I thought I was just going to my room. I had to drive 25 miles to find a room. The “pet friendly” billing was misleading and I fault the hotel and Expedia for not making their limit clearly visible on the website. I then spent a couple hours trying to connect with a human to get a refund of the paid reservation. That took a while with AI bouncing me around until they finally figured out I needed to speak to a human. Finally my money has been refunded but the experience was very disappointing

There was something sticky on the phone which got all over my ear. It was very disturbing. I went to the front desk to report it and was treated very rudely. Basically, the person said they could refund my room and go elsewhere. Since I had just driven nine hours to get there, I wasn’t about to do that. I went to take a shower to clean myself from the phone situation, all I had was scolding HOT water. I will never stay here again!!
