Welcome to Flats on Archer in the heart of Tulsa’s vibrant Arts District. Just steps from Guthrie Green, live music venues, top-tier dining, and more, our fully-furnished apartments are perfect for quick getaways, work trips, or extended stays, featuring full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Outside your door, take in skyline views from the rooftop terrace, stay active in the multi-level gym and yoga studio, or unwind in the media lounge.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
