The studio has a comfortable king size bed and a double sofa bed, an ideal space for couples, friends or family trips. As our guest you will have access to the entire accommodation as well as all the amenities of the building. Feel yourself at home.

Located just two blocks away from the famous Calle 7, where you will find excellent restaurants, cafes and bars in La Veleta.

Getting Around:
La Veleta is located right next to the city center, you only need to walk a few streets to find restaurants, bars or shops. The beach is only a few kilometers away and it is easy to get around by car, scooter or bike.

Other Things to Note:
In order to keep our prices low, we don't include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more). For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
