Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Canceled our reservation without any warning while we were in Mexico leaving us stranded

Property owner took my deposit in Jan and never responded to my messages. Day of check in they canceled our reservation of five days without any warning.
