「Poor front desk management and ridiculous extra fees. Really disappointing stay here, mostly because of how poorly managed the front desk is. Right when we checked in, they tried to charge us for breakfast even though our booking clearly included it. On top of that, we arrived around 1:20 PM and they tried to charge us over 70 USD for an early check in. When we pointed out that their own registration showed 40, they couldn't even explain the difference and just blamed "taxes." To make matters...

「Great value, clean and comfortable close to Costa Mar shopping Mall. The only issue is the loaction on Google Maps is not corect and the other Gran Imperial Hotel Tumbes is in an unsafe area. Follow the street adress not the hotel name. 」
