“My husband and I stayed here for the eclipse and had a good experience being able to see it from the deck ( a few new leaves added interest to the view). The inside space is as well done and efficiently arranged as any 600 sf space I've been in. We were comfortable, bed and linens were all very good. Added benefit was watching an eagle's nest!”

“I love this property so much! I would definitely come back to stay again. The only negative thing I can say is I wasnt able to sit at the deck because of the wasp and the path to the dock was a bit crowded with shrubby and spider webs. Overall, a 10/10 stay!”

“The property is located immediately on the Little Red River with direct access for fishing. We enjoyed our stay. The trailer is older but clean and comfortable. The owner is nice and very helpful.”

“Delightful place to watch the 2024 total eclipse from. We stood by the narrows and enjoyed a cloudless sky to view the eclipse. Joy was responsive and took great care of us upon arrival. We'd come back again, for sure!”

“This cabin was a bit further from Searcy than I was hoping for, but was well worth the little drive. Being out in the country was wonderful as we were traveling with dogs and enjoyed walking with them on the quiet gravel road. The cabin was clean, delightfully decorated, well stocked with necessities, and homey. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely place.”

“House was very clean and comfortable. Located close to the main businesses in town but on a nice quiet street. It was really nice to be able to park our car in the fully enclosed garage.”

“We enjoyed the space the cabin had to offer as we are used to cramped cabins. Not stepping on each other’s toes was a big plus. We were a little disappointed in not being able to use the wood stove although the heating unit did a great job of keeping the place warm. We made great use of the outdoor fire pit. No luck finding any fish in the pond even though we tried.”
