Great place to stay. Will be back.

Easy check in, close to everything. Room was clean and well equipped. We really love the location and enjoyed our stay here very much. Will definitely stay here next time we are there.

The setting is picturesque, overlooking gum trees and rustic housing. Proximity to Main Street and other venues is a plus. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a pity not to be greeted by reception, however keyless entry was fine, with instructions

Amazing service from the Owners and the best Motel in town from amenities within and the position / location. Visit family and friends regularly in Tumut and will definitely return to Harriet House for my next stay.

The room smelt moldy, the floor boards felt bouncy from I suspect moisture and my with said she smelt a septic odour. It put us right off even changing rooms. Poor value. Refund refused.

wasn’t open, at times it said it should , we booked in for 5 people, but beds for 4, didn’t service room, ie make beds or provide clean towels. VERY NOISY neighbour's, we could hear them vomiting, and still making a lot of noise at 3am, jumping of balcony etc, my daughters were too scared to use pool, as other boys staying there were not nice, and took over pool area…. would never stay there again

This property is fine for an overnight stop but it is quite tired and could do with a refresh. The swimming pool in particular is showing it's age. The painted surface has worn away and at some stage the tiles were painted but this is now flaking off, so looks pretty bad. The room itself was okay however the bathroom sink had a leak so the floor under it was wet and the airconditioning unit was very noisy. For the money it was fine, but as I said, could do with an upgrade. The location is great - across the road from a supermarket and two pubs on nearby corners which both do good meals are all in walking distance. The code operated doors are a good idea as no keys are required.

Great location for Main Street and Tumut River Walks. Lovely outdoor area and pool. Clean, comfortable accommodation, no servicing of rooms on a Sunday though.

Loved the little outside balcony overlooking the grassed area with the pool. The chairs and table out there were really uncomfortable though (no big deal really) The room was nice and comfortable. Location to the pub was great unfortunately the dinner there was awful but that is not the hotels fault

Nice stay

I had room 17, large room, the only issue if there has to be one is the bathroom is very dated and the vanity is swollen and needs a total reno, the room itself was fine. The reception lady was very nice, no problems there. Ill stay there again for sure.
