“Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed warmly with a Turkish coffee and loved the historical property. “Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened.
