“Booked a king room. Got there and the room was upstairs, but I can't do stairs because of a prosthetic leg, so they gave us a dbl queen (downstairs) because they don't have an elevator. Then there were small bugs in the room and at the entrance doors, the caulking in the tub area was horrible, cracking and not well maintained. “DONT BOOK IF YOU HAVE KIDS! This place would not refund me. I did not realize kids could not access the property even with the pool, restaurants, buffet or rooms. I did not see a 21 and up policy on Expedia. I didn’t realize this until I was checking food options on our way there in the middle of our 12 hour trip and we had booked this place as a stopping point for the night.
