The staff is great, really friendly and eager to help, it is located in a nice convenient place, the rooms are a bit noisy and the pillows are uncomfortable, the breakfast is really small i had to buy snacks to complement it

Very small rooms. Basically the size of a queen bed pluss 50 cm around. Minimalistic breakfast. In Europe this will be classified more like a hostel. Works for a night just to get a sleep. But in my opinion heavily overprized. A lot better places available at this price level...

Se ve nuevo pero no es bueno para descansar

En general el hotel es pequeño, las instalaciones parecen recién remodeladas pero hay que considerar ciertos puntos: si ud va en auto no es buen hotel ya que no cuenta con parqueadero y no tiene convenio con ninguno cercano es decir ud debe buscar su parqueadero, otro punto en contra es que si ud va a descansar o tiene el sueño ligero no es el hotel adecuado ya que en la habitación con vista al parque se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, las motos los carros y en verdad es como si la moto estuviera dentro de la habitación, no va a poder dormir bien.

Limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado

El hotel es limpio, bonito, las habitaciones cómodos y el baño moderno. Queda cerca al centro de Tunja muy bien ubicado y seguro. Por mejorar el desayuno que fue poco variado y el pan no estaba fresco y que no tenían toda la información de nuestra reserva por lo que tuvimos que buscarla en el correo y enviarla dos veces.
