“Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping……

“The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!”

“This property was a great find. Lovely bungalow with amazing views. Two great sized bedrooms and additional sofa beds. Lovely balcony where we enjoyed having breakfast and even dinner on one evening overlooking the sea. The property is in a great location and short (10min) walk to the shopping areas, eateries, promenade and the ornamental gardens are all easily accessible. Holker Hall is also just a 10min drive. “Once again Emma provided us w8th all that we could have asked for, from booking out atay to communication throughout until we arrived. The accommodation is just ideal for what we wanted and remembered from last year. “The property was in a state of disrepair, and it is noted the property currently has a “For Sale” sign, providing some understanding of the cause of the very poor state of the rental. Areas below acceptable standards were as follows: 1. Spiral staircase to top bedroom unsafe. Top handrail is unsecured, and a pole fell out one night while the stairs were not in use. Very dangerous. 2. Central heating – the ground floor rear bedroom had no heat at all, the radiator in the bedroom and the……
