「We needed a villa with 11 rooms and 11 bathrooms and this was just PERFECT! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and LOVED the scenery and the wine cellar that came with it. The breakfast spread was good and very convenient and the traditional dinner was very nice as well. We loved the big kitchen and the dining areas. We would have enjoyed the outdoor tables if the weather was warmer. Several of us enjoyed the private chapel as well. 」

「Beautiful villa of your dreams on a hillside near Cortona. Everything was exactly as described and the villa is very large. We had 4 couples each in the 4 master bedrooms which are huge and very nicely separated. Be aware the road up to the villa is very challenging! This is not walking distance or walkable to anything but within 10-15 minutes to Cortona. Not a problem for us at all. Very quiet, very beautiful, fantastic location to explore Tuscany and Umbria. 「We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa: it was our base for a dream holiday. Rafaele was a perfect host; there was a slight problem with mosquitoes at the pool and he brought sprays and mosquito coils for us; when we arrived there were two bottles of wine waiting for us and later in the stay he brought us his own olive oil, not to mention the delicious tomatoes from his garden!The villa was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was spotless and we used it every day....

「This was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip. The surroundings were beautiful and the hosts who only spoke Italian were absolutely lovely. We were about 15 minutes from Montepuciano in a quiet farm area. One night we had the hosts cook us an anniversary dinner for our friends which was so much fun. Highly recommended. 」
