「Spectacular! Was worth every penny! Staff was amazing- breakfast and food overall was great! Location you can’t beat! Surrounded by vineyards. Hotel was spotless and beautiful inside out. Room amenities was superb. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay!」

「In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...

「Fantástico!!
Excelente quarto, cama, banheiro, chuveiro, roupas de cama, toalhas e etc. Tem água com e sem gás a vontade para os hóspedes. Também tem uma garrafa de vinho cortesia.
O café da manhã era excelente, digno de 5 estrelas. Tem salmão, Parma e qse tudo que vc quiser pedir eles tem.
Restaurante muito bom!!
E todas as pessoas extremamente simpáticas, desde a recepção até o atendimento no restaurante!! Vista fantástica também. Gostamos de tudo e voltando um dia, ficaremos novamente. Ah,...
