Absolutely spectacular! This hotel is AMAZING! The rooms are so well updated and taken care of! Breakfast is an actual full breakfast with eggs and fruits, and lattes and everything! Staff goes above and beyond! Very very very tourist friendly! It was the perfect hotel!

I liked how modern and bright the hotel was and how I was given a ground floor room which was convenient. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in time and placed my luggage in my room.

Clean, small austere rooms. More for business traveler then family. Good value if only passing thru but would not stay for multiple days.Currently there is a major construction project at one end of building which did not really effect us since we stayed on weekend but could during week. There is virtually no public lounge area. The website photo suggest Po river overlook but could not access terrace except at breakfast (weather permitting) Nice breakfast and staff.

Lovely hotel, pleasantly surprised on arrival. Beautiful view from our window over the river. Staff very helpful even when daughter lost her teddies and they held on to them so we could collect them later. Very helpful staff. Breakfast selection was good. Only comment was the aircon wasn’t working. However, it looked like a new chiller was being fitted so it was just timing on our visit. Reception kindly provided a fan which helped.

Room very very modern...everthing you need for a perfect stay ie kettle..tv..big comfy clean bed and room...loved this place...receptionist was so so lovely and friendly..breakfast fabulous looking over the river...would stay here again.plus free parking really helps.

Stayed for a night. Helpful staff, easy check in and overall good value for money. Unfortunately the terrace was hired for a private event in the evening so we couldn’t enjoy a drink there.

The Hotel pictures was misleading and room design felt old with visible faults. The people working at the hotel give good service and information about the stay. Breakfast was ok for this type of hotel. Plus for having gluten free alternatives.

Would not recomend. More like 2-2.5 star hotel

Planned to stay for 3 nighta, however even though I already paid, I left after 2 to find another hotel. My honest opinion is that this hotel surely cant be 4 stars. I would rate this 2.5, compared with other hotels I stayed at nearby. The only good thing was the breakfast. To summerize: Every morning I heard another persons phone alarm. This was usually around 06.30 - 07.00, even on sunday. This person snoozed so many times that it was hard to resleep and I woke up tired. The bed was so small that my phone fell down every night. The spa was closed, the gym (that I didnt manage to see) was supposedly only open 19-22:00, I cant fins any logic in that opening hours. They are re building right outside the hotel, which meant that the little time I stayed at my room except for sleeping, the whole room vibrated. When I told the hotel receptionist about this he basically said that he cant help me. The picture of the hotel is very nice ans gave a perception of a big hotel, however the photo is from the back perspective and misleading. Would not recommend this hotel as of what it is now. The only positive thing is the breakfast and that the hotel smell very good. The staff were also overall friendly. Just wish I knew that they were builders working there at my time of stay.

Ho fatto presente il tutto ad una ragazza, alla reception, quasi scocciata mi ha detto che non potevano cambiarmi la camere purché l'hotel era al completo. Provo a prenotare una camera nello stesso hotel e mi dava disponibilita. Sia dal loro sito ufficiale che su altri siti. Per il resto, tutto il personale della struttura gentili e disponibili, peccato. Mai più, lo sconsiglio vivamente.
