Completely surrounded by greenery, in an oasis of total tranquility and only 20 km from Turin, Casa D is the ideal place for those who love to detach and isolate themselves completely from the noise and chaos of the city.
Perfect location for everyone and everything, from families with children to the vast garden, from groups of friends or couples and for unique and unforgettable private parties.
The interior of the house consists of a spacious kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms with wardrobe, chest of drawers and double beds.
In the garden surrounding the house there is a large swimming pool, mattresses, two canopies, stone barbecue, gazebo and sofas completely for the exclusive use of the residents, all to take advantage of every hour of the day in total privacy.
Casa D is also ideal for the winter period, with its large heated veranda you will have the opportunity to use the outside for lunches or dinners with friends, an aperitif in the sofas or a buffet for parties, all overlooking the garden.

Bien mais attention aux moustiques !
Propriété très sympa de manière générale et très bien équipée. Très bon accueil et suivi durant la semaine. Deux trois petites choses à revoir ; notamment la machine à laver le linge un peu capricieuse et une plaque de gaz avec des bruleurs qui ne fonctionnent pas. Pas mal de choses à voir à proximité, toutefois, un peu éloignée de Turin pour sortir (30mn). d'autant qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de vie autour (restaurants, bars,...) Le gros point négatif de cette propriété, c'est la présence de moustiques qui ne permettent pas d'en profiter pleinement. Difficile de se baigner après 16h00 et impossible de manger dehors le soir sans se faire attaquer par les moustiques. Prévoir, fumigènes et spray répulsif. Résultat, nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine. Au final, 3000€ la semaine sans pouvoir se servir de la piscine à cause des moustiques, ça fait au final un peu cher.

Propriété avec piscine très agréable et très calme
Seuls bémols : les moustiques à partir de 17h, la piscine est vraiment chouette et propre, mais non sécurisée, et la rue était inconnue du GPS. Mais la maison était très agréable, très bien équipée, avec un grand réfrigérateur, un baby-foot, une douzaine de transats, quatre parasols, de nombreuses banquettes d'extérieur, une grande table, la climatisation, des meubles pratiques et bien choisis, et un calme parfait ! Les propriétaires sont très agréables et très serviables.

Nice outside area
The outside area looks like it is from a music video. Lots of space and seating places. Nice bbq facilities. Pool is great. Inside it is a bit small but perfectly fine for 4 people. Would go again!

Lovely!
We enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed for a week with our family (mom, dad and three daughters (2, 8 and 13 years old) and it was great. The property was large with a big pool, a couple of lovely seats, tablefootball and a large garden. Inside was also very nice, very clean and well thought off. The hospitality of Davide and Debora was terrific. One day Davide accompanied me to find some good meat for the bbq and brought some anti musquito suplies to help us. I would definitly reccomend this to every one who wants some peace and quiet time with their family.
