Good hotel in the heart of Turin. The room is well appointed and clean. I arrived very early, so my room was not ready, but they took care of my luggage and made sure it was in my room by the time i got back

Easy to get there from train station. It takes 10-15 minutes walking. Located in the heart of the city. Nice, clean, safe neighborhood. A lot of dining options. Very polite, friendly staff. Good delicious breakfast.

Bon rapport qualité-prix, c’est un hotel 5 étoiles typique italien à l’ancienne mais sans tomber dans le vieillot, on y est tres confortable. La localisation est centrale avec énormément d’options de shopping et de restauration et le personnel y est très sympatique et à l’écoute de vos demandes

Great stay in Turin
We stayed for 3 nights at this property and were so glad that we picked this place! Beautiful property and great rooms. We were 3 in our room and the pull out bed for my very tall teenager was really comfortable. The front staff was very hospitable and helpful, they helped us with our local travels and taxi etc. Very highly recommend this for your next stay in Turin. Great restaurants and shopping just walking distance. The restaurant right across had some great pizzas and deserts.

Great location near shops, dining, and sites. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice lobby. Room was okay, a bit dated especially the bathroom. WiFi worked well. Overall this is a decent hotel and I would consider staying here again.

Located just a short walk from fine shopping and the superb sights of this interesting city, this excellent hotel was a good base for exploring Turin. The very professional and attentive bartender in the hotel’s handsome bar makes a great Negroni.

こちらで在住の方にトリノで１，２番目に良いホテルとお聞きしましたが、その通り、お部屋の広さ、ソファも快適で、バスタブにはジャグジーも付いており、ウォークインクローゼットの様なお部屋の配置もとても良かったです。 また朝食も他のホテルより、質の良いものが多く美味しかったです。 何よりスタッフの方々がみなさん気持ち良く接して下さり、立地も最高ですので、トリノに来たらまたここに滞在したいと思います。

Thaïs is a lovely, old fashioned Hotel. Very élégant, well designed, small rooms. Everything is within walking distance. Thé concierge gave excellent suggestions for restaurants.
