Nice old hotel

The location is excellent, very close to the train and bus stations and also close to old town. The staff was friendly and the rooms were old but clean. My son had the breakfast buffet and liked it, while my wife and I went to a cafe just outside where the espresso and pastries were yummy

The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was incredible- with a wide variety of buffet options including meats, cheeses, pastries, crepes (and toppings), and hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. It was the best breakfast we had throughout any stay in Italy so far.

A pleasant surprise

This hotel was modest in its appearance from the outside but was an excellent surprise. The staff were friendly and attentive and the room modern and well appointed. I would definitely stay again,

Great stay on a quadruple room with 2 teenagers during a family vacation. Walkable distance to the main attractions and 2 blocks from Milano Centrale train station. Very clean, nice shower and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast.

Comfy bed but very noisy as our room was at the front of the hotel with a busy road and tram line running past . The tram stop is right outside our room , running from 5.30am until midnight - very noisy - impossibile to have the window open . Staff were helpful as tried to find us another room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked

Amazing

Amazing staff, we got delayed by over 3 hours and got to the hotel past midnight, they did everything they could to get us feed and watered after our long 10 hour train journey. We stayed on our return from Rome to London and they upgraded our room as was our 2nd stay and a thank you for choosing them. Absolutely amazing and very friendly and would defiantly stay again if ever in Turin

Perfectly fine!

Only stayed for one night, and it was fine. The room was comfortable but somewhat noisy (toilet cistern probably leaking and traffic outside). Breakfast was very good! Be warned that the hotel only has 9 parking spaces, and a space needs to be reserved in advance! There is a parking garage not far from the hotel, about 5-7 min walk.

Good for a city break

We stayed at the Hotel for four nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was very warm even though I was told there was no heating on. The mattress was past its best and ironically as we left a new supply of mattresses was being delivered. Good choice of breakfast. Hotel is very close to the Porta Susa where trains arrive half hourly from the airport (3.70 euros single).

Location was good, parking availble.

Hotel location is good for a visit to the Egyptian museum. They do have some parking available for a fee. The hotel reception are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well worn. We had a fairly small but adequate room. There was almost no water pressure in the shower and the water only got about lukewarm at 0630 in the morning. The included breakfast was pretty bad, dirty dishes, bad coffee.

Close to Torino PS station (it is used by train staff!) and therefore convenient for the TGV to /from Paris. As short walk (circa 15 minutes to restaurants etc and about 25 walk to Torino PN station. Convenient for trams and buses. Good breakfast (with early access available). Staff very helpful and good English spoken, unlike my poor Italian. Interior is looking pretty tired. They need to speed up the refurbishment. Insufficient sockets in rooms - we had to unplug a light to plug in phone charger and even the kettle provided!
