When we arrived, the pool was closed for maintenance until 9 p.m., but the owner was very accommodating and offered us a late check-out to make up for the inconvenience. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again.」

「This was a great little retreat tucked into the woods. The new deck on the lake is relaxing and our kids loved their room and the amount of space they had to play. There is more to the house than appears and even with a family of 5 we didn’t use all the rooms. Very attentive hosts and took care of any issue or concern immediately!」

「My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car....

「The house had been updated and decorated with excellent taste. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Except for food, everything you might need was provided. Check in was easy, a carport was provided for car.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. I have been traveling since August 2024 and this was one of the best, if not the best, place I have stayed. Great job on making a very comfortable place to visit.」

"The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple, and the disturbance continued all night until 6 a.m. The man was like a pig whose soul had been taken away from his sexual desires.This was a terrible experience, and I will never return. "
