“The house was plenty large enough for our group of 4. Kitchen is well stocked (host even dropped of some fresh baked sourdough bread). Very clean, nice heated kitchen and bathroom floors (heated toilet seat too). The beds we used did sink a bit towards the middle, but otherwise comfy, soft sheets, plenty of blankets. It’s in the national forest, easily drive to nearby towns for restaurants and shopping. Hikes are easy to find. Overall we would recommend ”

“This was a wonderful place to stay. The owners are caring and attentive with good communication. The cottage is well appointed and dog friendly. Beds are comfy! Big bang for your buck. We had a mid-November stay for rest and relaxation without any plans to do anything. Nice paths near-by, beautiful private pond, quiet spot away from the road, would be extra lovely in Summer and Autumn weather. Kitchen very nice to use. Good bathroom. Definitely would stay here again.”

“We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight.
