"Great hotel. Can’t fault the staff - super helpful with tips on getting around and what to see. Breakfast was good quality, plentiful with a wide range catering for all tastes. Our room was large and very clean. Also warm, which was really important as we were staying in late December. During our stay the hotel provided afternoon tea and homemade cake in the ground floor reception area - all complementary and a really nice touch. The hotel is well located for transport the D tram is minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "
