"The suite was nice, clean and fresh. Air conditioning was a blessing and worked well. Swimming pool was nice, breakfast has a good selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is we could hear the other residents. "

"This is the worst experience of staying at a hotel I have had so far. Details are as follows. (1) The hotel offers parking outside their premises for free. The hotel is located in a narrow street with limited parking. Once trying to reach the hotel using google maps, I realised all the access roads to the hotel were closed due to traffic restrictions. I called the hotel and they advised me to drive to their sister hotel, Nish Caria , park the car there and ask the manager to get the luggage...

"This is a good value option if you're staying in the old town and a lot quieter than other places that suffer from noise coming in from the bars. It's a strange layout with lots of steps but a lift to the rooms is a great option. I stayed on the top floor and the view was nice. Breakfast is ok but nothing special. Staff pleasant enough but like lots of places they're probably working really long hours so I don't expect bright and breezy. Room cleaned every day. I'd rate it 5 or 6 out of 10. "

"The hotel is in a good location and the room was very clean with a really comfortable bed. However, the receptionist was away from the desk a lot so it was difficult to get service. The WIFI was absolutely useless"
