「Everything was perfect」

「We went to Erzurum/Palandoken as a family of 5 for skiing. Palan Otel was perfectly located in between every skiing course at Palandoken. Unlike Europe where you pay for a single ski pass and get to ski in every course possible, at Palandoken there are 3 options which costs around 12 euros/day/person. So having the option to close to all of the possibilities was a great plus, we get to choose on which course to ski at the start of every day, bought the pass and made the best out of our holiday....

The travel kit is Crabtree & Evelyn, really nice. :) 經典老式設計的飯店，乾淨且舒適。備瓶是瑰柏翠XDD - Service 服務 The staffs are really willing to help, arrange the ski trip and taxi for us, thanks a lot! 員工很幫忙，幫我們詢問/安排滑雪場package和到Ürgüp的車，超感謝的！」

「酒店員工普遍服務態度佳。食物種類繁多，但質素有待改善，如果質素及味道好，不需要太多種類去點綴。酒店四週佈置可見花上不少心思。可能由於供應的住宿房間多，酒店大堂、休閒小食區較細，一時間變得很擁擠不堪，幸入宿者都很克制，渾亂中仍有秩序。滑雪租用及管理很好，一般以最快時間照顧滑雪者需要。整體感覺，是一間令你會再次入住的酒店。」
