We specifically stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was immaculately clean and quite spacious. It wasn’t quite walking distance to the downtown areas we had planned to visit, but it was always easy to find a rental scooter at the hotel. The lobby shop was nicely stocked with coffee and simple breakfast items. We didn’t use the pool and spa facilities because we were in town to see family, but it looked very nice.

The pool fee wasn’t included in the room price. The walk from the villa was inconvenient. Parking was only in the main lot, away from the villa. No A/C and only one window opened 1/4 of the way. The pool area had rust and weathering. The public is allowed to pay to use the facilities and some child sports teams were frequently using the pool area. The city was lovely and we will stay elsewhere the next time.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. Villas holiday apartments do not include free use of the pool area, but it can be purchased at an affordable special price upon arrival. Also single visit tickets are sold from the spa reception. Unfortunately our hotel don't have individual room AC, therefore some room might get a bit hotter during the summer season. It's important to keep doors and windows closed during the warmest daytime, to keep the heat outside. I'm glad to see you enjoyed the location. Welcome again!

Puhtaudessa parantamisen varaa.
Huoneistot ovat siistikuntoisia, mutta majoittumisemme aikana siivoaminen oli epäonnistunut. Yleisesti paikat epäsiistejä ja sängyissä oli tummia karvoja reilusti. Ei jäänyt oikein hyvä mielikuva paikasta.

Meillä oli kiva reissu, mutta yöpymispaikassa moitteita. Siivoustaso surkea. Ilmastointi todella kovalla, kurkku karheena herätessä. Keittiön astiat rikkinäisiä ja vanhoja.

Hyvä konsepti, mutta korjattavaa toteutuksessa
Kylpylä-hotelli-yhdistelmänä on hyvä kun mukana on pikkulapsi. Tosin Apartments eivät ole varsinaisesti hotelli - odottavat että vieraat siistivät astiat tms itse ja vievät roskat ulos. Tosin eivät kerro minne roskat pitäisi viedä, joten osa vieraista jättää ne alakerran hissiaulaan. Tästä voisi olla ohje kun vastaanotosta muutenkin annetaan tukku papereita ohjeiksi. Huoneen verhot eivät ole varsinaiset pimennysverhot, mutta hämärtävät hieman. Toinen makuuhuone on ikkunaton joten sen saa pimeäksi. Aamiaisella vasemmanpuoleisin sali on todellä äänekäs. Mittasimme usempaan kertaan noin 80 db melun astioiden kilinästä ja yleisestä hälystä, kun alkoi tuntua epämukavalta. Tilaa ei ole akustoitu. Henkilökunta valitti myös melusta. Asiaa työsuojelulle? Kokonaisuutena kokemus ok, mutta nämä miinukset pudottavat pisteitä. Aika pienellä vaivalla korjattavissa.

Hei, kiitos kattavasta palautteesta. Villas-huoneistot ovat lomahuoneistoja ja poikkeavat siksi hotellihuoneiden palveluista. Kuten mainitsit, esimerkiksi roskien pois vieminen on majoittujan vastuulla. Tarkistamme jätesäilöiden infotaulut palautteesi pohjalta.On totta, että aamiasravintolan akustiikka on melko rauhaton ruuhkaisimpina hetkinä. Holiday Club Resorts on iloksemme luvannut kartoittaa uudistustarpeet ja toteuttaa tarvittavat toimenpiteet lähivuosina. Tervetuloa uudelleen!

Perhelomalla
Huoneisto siisti ja rauhallinen. Ilmastoinnin puuttuminen teki nukkumisesta tukalaa. Eikä toisesta makuuhuoneesta saanut edes avattua ikkunaa. Aamiainen runsas ja monipuolinen. Opasteet tulisi olla selkeämmät. Etsimme pitkään Hesburgeria, joka oli pohjakerroksessa.

Bella esperienza e tanto confort
Viaggio di piacere con la famiglia per incontrare parenti. Abbiamo preso un appartamento ed era dotato di ogni confort, inclusa la sauna e una terrazza vivibile con vetri modulari. Presente anche una bella griglia elettrica. Abbiamo trovato molto sporco sotto il divano letto, mentre per il resto il livello di pulizia era buono. Migliorabile la comunicazione con la reception visto che uno o si reca sul posto oppure, secondo le info in camera, le telefonate (incluse le eventuali attese) sono a pagamento! A pagamento anche il parcheggio, a 13 euro giornalieri. Nel complesso, però, bella esperienza, visto l'alto livello di confort e di forniture trovati.

It's true that the Villas apartments are fully equipped apartments with a kitchen, living room, bedrooms and a sauna. The parking fee is easy to explain: There are no other common parking areas in the area, therefore the owner of the lot collects a parking fee, currently 1/h or 13/24h. This way we'll always be able to provide our guests parking space. Welcome again!
