"Staff was so nice, room was cleaned every day and breakfast was excellent!"

"The hotel itself was good and the second room we received was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing because of the poor customer service. The air conditioner in our original room was not working, so I contacted the reception for help. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unwilling to assist us, repeatedly saying that no other rooms were available. After struggling for hours in an uncomfortable room, I finally had a serious argument with the manager in the lobby around 11 PM. Only then did they suddenly arrange another room for us. The replacement room was much better and comfortable, which showed that a solution was possible from the beginning. The issue was not the hotel itself, but the way the situation was handled by the staff. Better customer service and professionalism would have made a big difference."

"Gerçekten temiz konforlu bi misafirlik geçirdim ,otel e-5 otobanının dibinde olması biraz tereddüt ettirsede odaya çıkınca ses izolasyonun şokuna uğruyorsunuz hiç ses geçirmiyor camlar teşekkürler "
