The area around isn't the best or friendliest for foreigners, but inside felt a little like a haven. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and staff is nice. However, the hotel is a little stinky, and so although it is very clean and well-kept, perhaps because there isn't good enforcement of smoking areas, it doesn't feel as clean (because of the smells). It's a pretty building, but for the price and photos, it was a little disappointing. The breakfast almost makes up for it though-- great breakfast.

Öncelikle otele yerleşmeden önce sormuş olduğumuz otoparkın ücretli olup olmaması konusunda net bilgi alamadık. Ücretsiz diyen de oldu ücretli diyen de... Çıkışta otopark ücreti alınmadı fakat çıkışa kadar emin olamadık. Otel misafirlerinden ücret alınmayacağını umarım. Kaldığımız oda temiz ve rahattı. Ertesi gün oda temizliği ve havlu vs. değişimi olması gerektiği gibiydi. Kahvaltı çeşidi yeterliydi ve hizmet te gayet iyiydi. Havuz ve güneşlenme alanları düzenli ve temizdi. Karşılaştığımız otel personel ve yöneticilerinin tamamı güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Mini bar boştu. Restoran ve bar fiyatları piyasanın oldukça üzerindeydi. Örneğin; restoranda 33 cl efes bira 310+31 TL servis ücretiyle 341 TL.Servis ücreti neden alınır? 50/60 TL olan bira 310 TL satılırken zaten işçilik maaliyetleri de hesaplanıyordur. Tüm bunların çerçevesinde, iki gece konakladığımız otelden genel olarak memnun ayrıldığımızı belirtebilirim. Ufak tefek olumsuzlukların dışında hem hizmet hem konfor hem de otelin konumu açısından rahat bir konaklama sağlandığı için emeği geçenlere teşekkür ederiz.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel, as usual it met our expectations however unfortunately we encountered discriminatory and disconcerting behaviour of the front desk staff. This has never happened previously on any of our visits, seem these staff were a new batch who seemed more interested in themselves and IC1 customers. All other staff are top notch, very approachable and helpful. I am a regular to IST, Windsor would have been a regular but will now consider other options. PS - temperature was over 30c, ac was very weak.

This is not a Family friendly or couple friendly Hotel. It is simply a business city type hotel. The Reception and the front of house staff are are totally useless. Stayed seven days here but not once I saw any one of them engaging with the guests. They were all too busy on their mobile phones. No assistance with luggage or any other issues. The only person that was any good was the room cleaner. She was excellent and very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday stay. There are far better hotels with very friendly staff in Istanbul. I definitely booked room with breakfast, but on arrival was told no breakfast is booked. So not a good start. They were too keen to sell me tours etc but service that you would expect in a so called 5 star hotel is totally lacking. The pool is very cold . The Spa prices are extortion. Avoid this hotel at all costs . Expedia should take this off their books for sure.
