The toilet didn’t work so we were put in a smaller dirty dingy room. The bedspread had to be changed. The carpets are crusty. Breakfast was out of virtually everything by 9. It runs till 10. We were not offered any compensation of any kind for the downgrade to a smaller and quite dingy room next ...

The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit.
