“We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Hamilton. Very clean, well appointed and quite comfortable. The owners have done a great job of updating this house.”

“Cozy house near downtown/The Elms. Clean, comfortable beds, perfect for a sister weekend get away.”

“This property was a great place to have my family reunion … nice back yard … lake … inside the home was very spacious plenty plenty of room”

“We loved the place and it was spacious, the pics tell the story of the modern renovation that retained the old charm, well thought out (games, sitting areas, TVs, bedrooms) and very welcoming. It’s the small things like a Brita in the fridge (tap water in Excelisor is quite good), coffee Kcups, fun coffee mugs, a well stocked kitchen, etc…that tells you about the care that goes into the rental. It’s centrally located downtown and relaxing. We truly enjoyed the time there!”

“Check in and check out was very smooth. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and quilts. Very, very clean and fully stocked with linens and the softest beds. A beautiful rest was had by all. We had breakfast and enjoyed our welcome treat on the front porch. Jennafer was amazing and gave us info to find a place to eat and a place to charge one of the cars. We all highly recommend staying here! It was a joyful wedding weekend and this beautiful home was the icing on the cake!”

“It felt like home! Just perfect for our overnight wedding stay”

“This location was perfect for our weekend stay in Smithville. One block from the town square where there are a variety of restaurants and bars. Our host was excellent and the unit was better than expected. Very nicely furnished and many extra items that really added a nice touch to our stay. Will definitely stay again when we are in town.”

“Enough beds for bigger group. Amazing location”

“The Barndominium was well suited for our family, we had 5 couples and 2 teen/young adults and a toddler.. we had enough room for games and cards as well as Eating meals.. When the weather was conducive we were able to play outside as well. Having 4 bathrooms was definitely a plus. Most activities were 15 to 30 minutes away. Very nice host and easy to work with.”
