“The property was beautiful, clean, bright and spacious with a great view from the balcony. Having a kitchenette was a huge bonus for a hotel room. More than anything was the great hospitality from the staff, especially the owner, Orhan who met us late at night, helped us with the luggage and personally took us to the House of Virgin Mary and advised us how best to visit Ephesus. Can’t recommend the property enough and definitely will stay again.”

“Gultepe Apartments was a highlight of our trip. The gardens were beautiful and the brothers were so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and kept us full for hours. It is in walking distance to the beach, a store and a pharmacy. We would definitely book again. Thank you to the Gultepes for their amazing hospitality!”

“This property is nice for a 2star hotel, though the breakfast is quite limited and the wifi is pretty much nonexistent. If you are staying and need to work, pay more for a better hotel. They also clean the room every two days which is ok, but good to know. There are lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel and the rooms have great windows. ”

“It's ok for the price. Cleanliness level isn't the highest and has a slight smell of cigarettes all over the property. Staff is nice, breakfast is ok, wifi is ok. Beds are comfortable and rooms spacious. Convenient for the port.”
