“The bathroom in our king room was filthy- dirty toilet and lots of mold in the shower. There were also several dirty dishes in the kitchen area. Not to mention the fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
For a one night stay it worked, but I will be sure to get a higher rated hotel the next time we travel to Tuscaloosa.”

“Rooms were clean. Was never told at check in that the key must be used for elevator access. Got stuck in there. Very frustrating. Next morning went down for breakfast. Waited 10 mins for service and finally gave up. Staff was seen in the kitchen just jamming to their music. Room and location was fine, simply a staff that no longer cares about the guests......”
