Matte (Matilda) went out of her way to make everything comfortable and working well. She was one of the "best ever" hosts.This is a perfect place for a pre-cruise stay or any stay in Civitavecchia."

I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!). "
