“Highly recommend! Nice, clean modern studio suite. Large smart TV, comfortable bed, nice sitting area with small couch. Frig, stovetop, microwave & washer/dryer. Great bakery/coffee shop on 1st floor & Einstein Bageks across the street. Included parking too. You just need to bring a blow dryer and if you are going to check in after 5 PM, you need to call the front desk and ask them to leave your key in the lock box, which we did and was super easy.”

“This is a second floor apartment that has a lot of lovely features. The host clearly has put time into making it comfortable and pretty. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works well. The bathroom is old but works fine. The challenges were that the listing showed bunk beds and a king bed, but it was two king beds, which made it hard to find sleeping for two teenagers who don't sleep well together. To be fair, the host apologized and brought over extra blankets so we could use the futon.……

“My friends and family found this to be perfect lodging for our gathering. There are 3 common areas inside the house to gather. 3 bedrooms (one with full/twin bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms. What added value to this property is the proximity to the university (2.4 miles from the State Farm Center) 1 minute to a shopping center with a yogurt place, 6 min to a grocery store, and a neighborhood with walking trails. Communication with the owner was quick. We received clear responses. It was a wonderful……

“We were very comfortable in this 4 bedroom house with our son’s family. It is spacious with comfortable seating. The adults enjoyed the dartboard and the kids loved playing in the back yard. Everything was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our time at this hous!”

“Overall it was a wonderful stay and accommodating to all the guests. House was clean. Only complaint would be that we had some issues getting door to lock and also there was a very limited selection of pots/pans and utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.”

“We had 4 families with 6 kids under 9 meet for the New Year and there was plenty of room for all of us. The large dining area had big tables great for serving and playing games. Our only burden was the grill, it is very weathered and unusable. Minor issues but nothing worth reviewing… Overall, we had a great time!”

“This place was amazing! Friendly neighbors, safe neighborhood, and very quiet! We felt like royalty during our entire stay. THe place was so spacious and clean, and even though it was just the two of us, we really enjoyed the convenience of having a second bathroom. The kitchen was probably the best equipped of all our rentals to day and we have stayed in over 20 of them. There was tons of counter space and the island in the kitchen made it easy to spread out. “This is a cute little home and looks just as in the pictures. We were 2 couples visiting our kids at U of I for parents’ weekend and wanted to stay together. This was the perfect option and so much more affordable compared to the exorbitant prices the hotels charge during visiting weekends. We had cars so being a couple miles from campus was no problem. When we had a question, Molly answered within minutes and was very helpful. We didn’t use the upstairs bedroom, but as described in other……

“Great out of the way place to stay when visiting UIUC! Highly recommend going to Champaign for activities and meals because, it is located in a small town with a closed down mall that lacks any night life or restaurants besides a McDonald's a gas station and maybe some other fast food chain/chains. But does have a grocery store all in walking distance. ”

“This hotel is very consistent, basic but meets the needs of the average traveler. Only improvement would be to offer some gluten free options for breakfast.”

“This property is under renovation. The lobby & 1st floor are a dusty dirty mess. The room was new and updated, sparkling clean. There were only 2 small tables for breakfast, sticky, not clean. Only good thing serves were the cinnamon rolls. ”
