「Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. 「Brad, the owner of the condo, is outstanding with respect to communication with vacation renters. Any question we had, he answered promptly. As this is a "condo" the assumption should be that renters are likely cooking a good portion of their stay. As such, a few little extra's like serving bowls (once you cook the food, you need somewhere to put it, like meats or pastas or vegetables).
