“Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person. The listing never stated that they charged per guest. “Very spacious. And super nice for my whole adult family. Close to Disney. ”

“Good experience overall humble but met my minimum needs.”

“Property was nice and quiet and a good size for a small family. Air mattress didn't work though and the couch is very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a nice stay for just a couple of nights.”

“It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch.”

Third, the tiny kitchen barely had the bare essentials and didn't even have a blender. Fourth, the patio furniture was filthy and covered in cobwebs.”

The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was……
