"If you plan on using the light rail services and are returning back to the hotel after the mall is closed, you need to walk outside and around the mall to get back to the hotel main entrance. If you are alone, this can be very unsafe and the hotel staff (Scott) were absolutely useless in assisting, we were very disappointed with the level of service. For what you pay to stay at this hotel they should have a person who can meet you at the light rail station at the mall to escort you back safely to the hotel. This experience has tainted my opinion to ever stay there again."

"I had a great stay overall and would rate this hotel an 8/10. Everything from the cleanliness of the room to the comfort of the bed and the friendliness of the staff was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the amenities met my expectations. The only issue I ran into was with the TV setup. It seemed like the remote wasn’t properly configured, which made it a bit frustrating to use. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything else was perfect and made for an enjoyable stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others."

"Call Expedia in advance to make sure they had add free breakfast, free parking and working Jacuzzi. We bought, we were told they had all of that. So we booked the room and showed up there. And Jacuzzi is shut down until October. The breakfast is not free or included, and you must pay for parking. Wish we had known that ahead of time. We would have booked elsewhere.. Not a good experience, nor the vacation we wanted"

"Breakfast options were good, parking availability was good (was unaware that you have to pay for parking now), staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was with the fridge; they use energy saving fridge that will shut off if you don't use it correctly. But front desk helped us figure it out."
