“This is one of the best hotels in Tuy Hòa. What impressed me most was the service — the staff were helpful, friendly, and incredibly polite. My room was cleaned and reorganized twice a day without me even asking. The room itself was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the iconic mountains and the rice fields. The sauna was amazing, definitely something you should try.**

“I stayed here during the big storm and flood. Hotel had no electricity, no hot water, no wifi for 2 days. They still charged me a full price. Hotel is very isolated from restaurants, no access of transportation …taxi, Grab… very inconvenient. ”

“The beach villa was clean, with good quality linens and towels. Welcome fruit and all the toiletries etc for your stay. The staff and manager were incredible, their attention to detail and eagerness to assist was truly a joy! Yhe whole staff team were Professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend this resort for everybody
