Good location, not as promised
My friends and I were looking forward to a relaxing weekend in the Joshua Tree area. What we got was constant noise check calls throughout our visit. They had sensors outside that apparently were being set off by a Bluetooth speaker the size of a soda can. We were not wanting to cause problems so we turned it down, and after a while headed inside since we kept being called through the night. The final call was at 1:14AM calling about the noise sensor inside being offline and then it went off for loud noise, and a sensor outside being set off too. At that time we were winding down to go to bed. Music was low and in a bedroom. The check in was very late at 5PM with no early check in available. Check out was early at 10 AM. I wouldn’t stay at this property or any other properties that this company owns. I talked to 3 different people from this company and while they remained professional we didn’t appreciate feeling watched and listened in on during our stay. The pool was in need of a major update, and cleaning. A few of us slipped on the steps into the pool which was dangerous.
