“Summary: Very cool hotel. Forward looking check-in process that probably that any gamer would get instantly (I’m old). Super courteous and efficient customer service – very tolerant of my comprehension viscosity. Excellent downtown location. Use the cheaper parking across the street. Obtaining the check-in code (and room code, same thing) was quite confusing. There was a requirement for proof of self (which is good in terms of security) and my photocopy of my driver’s license was insufficient,……

“It was okay. The room had high ceilings, definitely felt smaller than 600sqft. I appreciated that it was pet friendly, I did not appreciate being told there was a “$100 deposit” only to have my reciept at the end of the stay say “$100 pet cleaning fee.” That feels dishonest when we left our room spotless. There were two Valets when I stayed, one was great. One valet was awkward, seemed high or just spaced out of it. He’d watch from the inside while I struggled with a baby, a dog and whatever……

“Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court. Staff was super nice and they provide free breakfast and snacks. Would definitely return to stay here as it met our needs as in location, cleaniness , and……

“Considering the hotel is not part of a chain and is in downtown St. Paul, I think the prices and amenities offered were great, particularly the hot breakfast. I really enjoyed the aesthetic and theme, the staff were kind and helpful, and the overall operation of the hotel seemed very smooth. However, the room itself left something to be desired. My partner and I stayed in the lowest priced room, the Convent Room, and I wasn't expecting luxury but what we got was still disappointing. The mattress……
