in a town where there are several “motels” , some looking pretty sketchy , this place was awesome ! clean well stocked , exceptionally friendly and accommodating and the bed and pillow were perfect !

This hotel is a locally owned hotel. The owner is very nice & office staff were welcoming & friendly! It’s not fancy but for a small town… it’s clean & we enjoyed our stay. Would go back again if we travel to Buhl, Idaho in the future!

Everyone was really nice. The hanging flower baskets are beautiful. I found the room comfortable. I was looking for a motel that I could just drive up to and walk in my room and this was it. I would stay there again.

This motel is an older property but the kind we like to stay at. It is all one story so you have an assigned spot to park in at the front of your door so bringing in luggage is easy. The room is dated but the bathroom was updated and large. There was coffee, tea and Swiss Miss in the office during office hours plus some nice quick grab items in the morning. It is right in the heart of town but still quiet.

When I take a road trip I try to stay at old-school motels , just pull the car up to your door easy in and easy out . It's getting hard to find a good clean affordable motel and happily the Oregon Trail Motel is one of the few left. I take this trip every year and plan on staying there from now on .
