I got a room here just to get something close to a nearby festival. Had no idea what I was getting myself into, this place was such a treat. Staff was great, breakfast was great, beds were comfy, I can't say enough about how good our experience was.

We totally loved the space and the amenities. Most special was the breakfast (!) and the assistance in choosing hiking trails. Very friendly and helpful people at the desk. It was a very nice place to stay!

Shout out to Andy and all of his staff! The breakfast was phenomenal! Like it was made by a professional chef. Staying at the INN was like walking back in time. Everything is original from around 150 years ago. The room we stayed in was gorgeous! And the mattress was so comfortable! The little town is full of history. Absolutely perfect place to stay if you’re a hiker, 4 x 4 adventurer or 2 old ladies. I would say it’s the favorite place that we’ve ever stayed in all of our very long lives. Thank you for hosting us!

This historic inn sits in a beautiful scenic area surrounded by mountains. Much work has gone into renovating the old building. It has an old west vibe. Staff is quite helpful. Included, cooked to order breakfast was great. I wish they still served dinner as well. You can sit outside, take a walk, or just sit in the comfy lobby and gaze at the mountains. Room was very nice with an updated bathroom. Highly recommend a stay here, then a drive over Independence Pass in the summer

Excellent hôtel type familial: très propre.

Excellent hôtel familial très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner varié avec des produits de qualité. Personnel sympathique. Organisation de premier plan pour ce qui est de la communication et du check in. Tout parfait a presque 3000 m d’altitude.

Beautiful small town in breathtaking scenery. The staff were warm and friendly, the rooms cozy and clean and the food was incredible. I would definitely recommend! Definitely do the Interlaken trail! Stunning and varied hike.

I take a yearly trip to the Twin Lakes Inn the first week in October. It is a great place to get away and relax, hike, experience the outdoors and friendly people there. Staff is always quite helpful. It is easy to meet the guests and residents as well.

Lovely location, clean and cozy. The antithesis of the generic roadside motel, the inn is charming and a bit of a throwback - in a really comfortable and homey sort of way. (e.g., no TV but a small common room equipped with books and games).

Great little gem to have a nice get away. Not far from trails, water and other small towns. No TV or radios in the room, great way to disconnect. You can always go downstairs and just talk and watch. Really thoughtful on the morning continental breakfast. Just a beautiful place to relax at.

If you want to experience a modernized historical property this is a good place. No TV, which was fine because we were there to hike, not sit in the room. It was odd that absolutely no staff seemed to be on the property Wednesday night through Thursday morning which was a little disconcerting. Also there was no dead bolt for the door. But it was clean and spacious. The restaurant Tuesday night provided a good meal.
